Abstract
As a national intangible cultural heritage, Ruichang Paper Cuttings art in Jiangxi Province, China, carries a thousand years of history and national wisdom. With the unique charm of "nothing is empty under the scissors, and cutting is auspicious and blessing", it profoundly explains the feelings and life philosophy of Jiangxi people. This study follows the concept of emphasizing both inheritance and innovation, striving to revitalize this ancient art and attracting more young people's attention and love through inheritance and innovation, ensuring its continuous inheritance and long-term development.
