Abstract

The 24th International Conference on ISO, TQM, AI at Gratia Christian College presents a valuable opportunity to explore the synergistic relationship among TQM, ISO standards (e.g. SDG guidelines ISO 53002), and SDG 9. By embracing TQM principles, organizations can create a culture of innovation SDG#9, improving quality services of healthcare related organizations holistically via knowledge transfer SDG#4, and fostering sustainable development via committed partnership SDG#17. A framework like ISO 53002 would provide a structure for implementing TQM and ISO related standards, leading to the development of innovative solutions that drive economic growth SDG#8 in the retail healthcare sector.
