Abstract

This research emphasizes how essential HR initiatives are to building a strategic fit in telecom business, and how digital skills play a vital mediating role in this relation. Examining how HR initiatives affect the strategic fit mediated by digital skills is the goal of this study. All 1200 workers of the top 6 Jordanian telecom companies—Zain Jordan, Orange Jordan, Umniah, Xpress, Mobily Jordan, and Wimax—at the management and administrative levels comprise the study population. A simple random sample drawn from the company was used by the researchers. The SPSS software was utilized to evaluate the exploratory factor analysis. HR initiatives are shown to have a influence that is statistically significant, on strategic fit. The findings highlight the significance of digital skills in tying HR initiatives to strategy fit.
