Abstract
This study examines The Role of Social Skills in Enhancing Institutional Performance in the Sharjah Police Sciences Academy. The research uses a descriptive-analytical method to thoroughly describe and analyze the situation with both quantitative and qualitative data.The study was conducted with 100 faculty and administrative members of the academy, who were all part of the sample from the total population using a questionnaire as a tool of the study. Results showed that 88.6% of participants believe that developing social skills positively impacts their performance. This improvement comes from training sessions and better communication.The study suggests including social skills training in the programs for new employees to enhance communication and teamwork. The findings call for more research on social skills within the Police Academies to continue improving institutional excellence.
